We are looking for talents with great German & English skills who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.

You will be working in a team supporting users of a cross-platform centralized instant messaging (IM) and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service that allows users to send text & voice messages, make voice & video calls, and share content.

Note : This position is not a remote / work-from-home position. Our teams are based in our state-of-the-art offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus).

What you will do :

• Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies.
• Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.
• Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
• Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
• Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.
• Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
• Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
