Corporate Officer – SOPARFI, Multicultural Fiduciary

In a dynamic district of Luxembourg-City, you will find this well known fiduciary that is in full expansion and is, for this reason, looking to strengthen its team of ten Corporate Officers.

We can best describe this fiduciary as multicultural and open minded , as they are constantly looking to improve their services and way of working in order to satisfy both their clients and employees. To make sure the employees feel good, many initiatives have been taken such as offering regular trainings, additional holidays and a flexible working schedule.

The fiduciary offers a “one stop shop” service to its clients (Soparfi, Holdings, Investment funds) in terms of accounting, tax compliance and advisory, corporate administration and domiciliation and finds real pride in the long-term relationships it has with its clients.

If you take public transportation on a daily basis, you will easily be able to access the fiduciary’s offices by bus or tramway, making your commute quite easy and comfortable. However, a parking spot can also be offered should you need it.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - Fiduciary

You open the bank accounts and handle the communications with the bank, notaries as well as other third parties.
You prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings and are responsible for taking minutes.
You provide assistance in the context of constituting new entities and liquidations, and also draft and review legal documentation.
You publish the annual accounts on the Trade Register as well as other modifications such as the change of seat.
Depending on your experience, you may be asked to review the work handled by junior corporate officers.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - Fiduciary

Thanks to your experience (in a fiduciary, PFS or ManCo) of minimum 2 years as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, you are able to handle your portfolio with a good level of autonomy.

Fluency in English is required, and a basic to intermediary level of French will be sufficient in order to comprehend basic legal documentation.

A Bachelor degree in Law or any other training certifications in the legal field will be a strong advantage in your application.

You have acquired experience on a portfolio of Holdings and ideally investment funds.

Offer | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - Fiduciary

Many trainings of all kinds (language courses, hard skills, soft skills) will be offered in order to support you in your technical evolution and overall evolution in the fiduciary.

Up to € 65.000 gross / year depending on your level of experience, to which you can add meal vouchers to further increase your purchasing power.

29 days off per year will offer you great flexibility and you will also have a flexible schedule.

A discretionary annual bonus based on your daily investment and the fiduciary’s results.

Work part time (80%) if you wish, although a full time position is of course also possible.
