Als Sales Manager bist du Katalysator : in dieser Revolution. Gemeinsam wird grüne Energie dorthin gebracht, wo sie gebraucht wird - zum Rückgrat unserer Wirtschaft.
Du verkörperst die Marke im Markt.
Deine Aufgaben :
- Schließe Deals ab, die den Markt aufwirbeln und erweitere unser Kundenportfolio an mittelständischen Unternehmen.
- Führe eigenständige Verhandlungen und leite Leads durch den gesamten Sales Funnel.
- Nutze und erweitere dein bestehendes Netzwerk im Mittelstand und baue vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Geschäftsführern und Energieeinkäufern auf
Dein Profil :
- Du brennst dafür, 100% Ownership für die Vertriebsaktivitäten zu übernehmen und bist bereit, einen Impact beim Aufbau von ECO2GROW zu leisten.
- Du erreichst Ziele eigenständig, erarbeitest selbstständig innovative Lösungswege und stellst Dich jeder Herausforderung.
- Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen sicher und abschlussorientiert.
- Du hast starke Kontakte zu Entscheider : innen im Mittelstand, besitzt das Talent, diese für unsere Vision zu gewinnen und baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen mit unseren Kunden.
- Du entwickelst kreative Verkaufsansätze für einen noch jungen Markt.
