Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and implement optimization opportunities and develop strategic partnerships that enhance our impact, significantly contributing to Siemens Energy’s mission of powering a sustainable world.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced procurement strategies, moving beyond traditional supply market approaches.
• Drive innovation in procurement processes in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, exploring new technologies and digital solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and embedding best practices across the organization through trainings, coaching, support, and best-practice sharing.
• Convert concepts into actionable implementation plans with defined workstreams, milestones, and KPIs; lead pilots and scale successful initiatives with commodity teams and business units.
• Facilitate comprehensive spend and performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and enhance overall impact, while aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to co-create innovative solutions.
