This is a consultative sales role focused on guiding prospects through their decision-making process. You wont convince people that cryopreservation is right for them instead youll help interested prospects overcome procrastination by providing tailored information and timely offers that encourage action.

Tasks
Top 3 Key Responsibilities :
1) Lead Management : Respond to all leads within minutes and aggressively pursue engagement through multiple channels by proactively messaging via WhatsApp proposing calls following up persistently. Speed is critical : first to respond often wins the conversion. Qualify leads as they enter the pipeline and go the extra mile by researching prospects online to personalize your approach.2) Sales Approach Testing : Experiment with different sales tactics and messaging (this is NOT a marketing role). Set up automated sequences in the CRM test various outreach methods across channels and constantly iterate based on results. The goal is to discover what converts best in each market through rapid testing.3) Sales Playbook Development : Document what works and what doesnt to build a comprehensive sales guide for future team members. Track successful scripts objection handling techniques and conversion strategies. This isnt just reporting; youre creating the foundation for scaling our sales operation as you grow into leading this area.Requirements

Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)Additional languages a plus : German French Spanish or ItalianOutstanding interpersonal communication abilitiesAdditional Requirements :
