Location : Bielefeld Du brennst für Herausforderungen? ■ Strategically and operationally, you will be responsible for the management of our global internal communications. ■ You will continuously develop our digital communication channels and bring fresh impulses through creative formats. ■ You will develop community and content management with a focus on relevant content that strengthens internal communications in a sustainable and target group-oriented way. ■ As a sparring partner , you will advise specialist departments on internal communications and implement targeted measures. ■ You will support C-Level communication by creating high-quality content (e.g., blog articles for the Executive Board). ■ You will develop visually engaging content for internal posts and blog articles , making internal communication more dynamic and impactful. ■ You will collaborate with our team on the Corporate Influencer Program , guiding colleagues in building their social media presence and helping them to become convincing company ambassadors. Überzeuge uns mit Deinem Potential! ■ You have a degree in communications, media, journalism, marketing, German studies, English studies, or a comparable qualification . ■ First relevant professional experience (ideally 2 years) in corporate communications, agencies or editorial offices rounds off your profile. ■ A high level of writing skills and fluency in English – both written and spoken – come naturally to you. ■ You are creative, communicative, and enjoy working with international teams both within the company and across the group. ■ You are familiar with social media and have experience with image editing tools (e.g., Canva). ■ Ideally, you have some experience creating short videos using a smartphone.
