WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assist in easy payroll data entry into Personio and / or payroll input files
- Support with monitoring payroll related tickets in Jira and provide reply on generic requests
- Assist in maintaining employee payroll files
- Receive and distribute payroll mail in a secure manner
- Process uploads of employees’ payslips / tax forms and other payroll related documents in Personio
- Support in processing requests from former employees
- Other ad-hoc payroll related tasks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying Finance, Accounting or other related subjects
- Strong interest in payroll / people operations industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Fluency in English and German
