This role is responsible for building strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges while identifying opportunities to expand adoption of Cyber Security IAM solutions. Success in the position is measured by generate new business and then within client base to grow them but also by client retention and growth through proactive account management and the ability to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings.
Understand client business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for expanding our Cyber Security IAM Solutions within the client collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients receive tailored high-quality solutions that exceed expectations. As a trusted advisor this position plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and strengthening the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales solution sales engineers solution architects and partner managers to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries escalations and issue resolution ensuringtimelyand effective communication with clients
- Accountable for driving business development shaping strategy and achieving defined business results
- Conduct regular account reviews and business reviews with clients to assess satisfactionidentifyopportunities for upselling or cross-selling and drive customer retention
- Providestrategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and IAM
- Coordinate with sales leadership to developaccountstrategies and track progress towards sales goals
