EUDR Execution Coordinator
Job Description
The Role
- An opportunity has arisen for an Execution Coordinator based in Mainz, Germany focusing on the upcoming European Union Deforestation Regulation ( EUDR ) and ADM’s commitment to a deforestation-free supply chain.
- In this role you will be responsible for the coordination, processing and management of execution requirements associated with EUDR for ADM’s facility in Mainz.
- As member of the local execution team you will not only be an essential cornerstone of ADM’s deforestation free commitment, but also be expected to support the group with any logistics and execution work required.
- The role will require close contact with our origination, trade and production teams across global ADM locations to ensure the smooth operation of our physical trade flows and compliance with associated regulations.
Your Responsibilities
The main duties of this role will include :
- Processing geolocation coordinate data into compliant due diligence statements and testify a deforestation-free supply-chain,
- Working on plant deforestation-free statement inventory, from creation through processing to selling of associated products and create a vital level of transparency,
- Verifying the deforestation status of shipments through the analysis of satellite imagery and analysis
- Verifying the legal compliance status of shipments with EUDR requirements,
- Handling any execution requirements for large ocean vessels imports, domestic and export product sales, including but not limited to import declarations, quality controls, demurrage calculations and inventory management.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following :
- University degree or duale stadium, ideally with an agricultural, supply chain or execution background
- Experience in execution and logistics within the agricultural supply chain,
- Strong analytical skills and discipline with attention to detail and processes
- Flexibility to adapt to the role as this evolves alongside the EUDR regulation,
- Willingness to provide support in any other areas of execution and logistics required as part of the team,
- Competent IT skills particularly in all MS Office applications, and data manipulation and management,
- Fluency in English and German
