You can look forward to
- As a process owner for change management, you will play a central role in the management and further development of our IT processes
- You create, review and track changes - from the initial request to successful implementation - and ensure that all changes are documented transparently and implemented on time
- You are responsible for the planning and implementation of releases
- You support and accompany colleagues in the change and release processes
- Together with your team, you maintain and develop our environment plan
You come equipped with
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics and / or completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in change and release management in the area of IT servicesSound expertise in agile working methods (e.g. Kanban) and process frameworks such as ITIL or COBITComprehensive knowledge in the areas of change, release, deployment and environment managementGerman and English at a business fluent level, in combination with strong moderation and presentation skillsWillingness to work predictable hours outside of normal working hoursDon't meet all the requirements?
