Summary
The "Naval and Ground Radar Engineering" division is looking for a "Technical Manager in the international consortium for Counter Battery Radar COBRA (f / m / d)" based in Munich as soon as possible.
The Naval and Ground Radar Engineering division develops both radar products and sensor system solutions. The product portfolio includes the naval and ground products TRS-4D, TRML-4D, COBRA, NNbS and EUA-NT.
In addition, we support the program in the management of projects, the preparation of offers and customer meetings. EURO ART INTERNATIONAL (EA-I) is a consortium of two industrial partners who jointly manage projects for various customers.
Your Tasks
Collaboration in the EA-I as Technical Manager based in Munich
Close cooperation within EA-I and with the associated (inter)national customers and business partners
Responsible for the technical management of development
Technical management of customer-specific developments, product upgrades and developments for the next generation of the Counter Battery Radar
Preparation of reviews, coordination of integration and validation activities between the EA-I consortium partner companies
Support in project planning and coordination of multidisciplinary development teams
Moderation of solution decisions taking into account COBRA overall system aspects, safety and technical performance
Moderation of the creation of technical system requirements based on customer requirements
Reviewing system architectures and interface documents as well as planning and conducting system analyses
Supporting the identification and elimination of obsolescence and technical configuration management
Your Profile
Degree in engineering, electrical engineering or similar
Several years of experience in the development of complex systems and in the management of development projects
Experience in dealing with customers, consortium partners and modern development practices
Experience in the technical management of an international team
Sound knowledge of systems engineering procedures and methods
Knowledge of requirements management in DOORS
Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and resilience as well as a confident demeanor
Business fluent German and very good English skills
