Your key responsibilities

The Aenova Group is currently establishing an Operational Excellence task force. The task force will operate as a hands-on internal consulting group with the objective of scoping, implementing, and delivering transformative projects in line with Aenova’s strategy and 5-year value creation plan. The initial team will consist of a Head of this task force plus 2-3 project managers. The Head will report directly to the CEO.

The task at hand is project-dependent, and as such will vary on an as-needed basis. It will encompass site-specific projects as well as overarching group-wide initiatives. The ultimate objective of this team is to create insights, recommend pathways for implementation, and deliver hands-on implementation to achieve best practices. Projects will be both strategic and focused on operational improvement.

Exemplary projects could include :

OEE improvements
Footprint optimization and optimal product allocation
Working capital optimization
Throughput-time reduction
End-to-end process harmonization and group-wide best practice roll-outs
Realization and monitoring of major capacity expansions and capability extensions
Product portfolio optimization (product profitability, tail management, etc.)
Business case preparation to support strategic decision-making
M&A integration management

Your profile

University degree (Masters / Diploma) preferably in the areas of business administration or engineering from a leading university

3+ years of experience in a strategy consulting firm, Big 4, or in-house consulting department

Consistent track record of outperformance (school, university, consulting firm)

Track record of leading transformative operational implementations

Ability to travel most of the time

German speaking is a plus but not must have
