Für unseren Store in  Plauen  suchen wir ab sofort einen  stellvertretenden Filialleiter / Deputy Manager / stellvertretenden Store Manager (m / w / d)  in Vollzeit.

Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen

Einarbeitung, Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams

Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen

Personaleinsatzplanung

Vertretung der Filialleitung

Dein Profil :

Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, im Hotel oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt

Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln

Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams

Hands-On Mentalität

Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

Stellvertretender Marktleiter, Abteilungsleiter, Department Manager, Substitut
