Customer Success / Customer Support Specialist – 100% German speaking role – Fully remote in Germany – Total package €45k (Base + bonus)

We are looking for a Customer Success or Customer Support specialist to join a leader in the cognitive health space, that supports over 25 million users

This role is fully remote in Germany, and is a 100% German speaking role – we are looking for those that speak German (Mother-tongue) or those that are C1 level

Their products are designed to help users maintain and improve their cognitive fitness. Their app is the first app to be fully reimbursed by all health insurance companies, supporting approximately 3.7 million people with cognitive impairments.

As they continue to expand, we are looking for a new Customer Success or Customer Support Specialist to join their versatile team. This role will play a crucial part in helping them achieve their goals of improving mental well-being and supporting users in their cognitive health journey.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer support by assisting patients and users with inquiries related to their medical product
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, reviews, and reports using Zendesk.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and suggest process enhancements.
  • Collaborate on creative growth projects by participating in workshops and task forces focused on marketing, customer loyalty, and product development.

Experience :

  • At least two years of experience in customer support.
  • German speaker (mother-tongue), or fluent to C1 level – Fluency in English is a plus
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • A proactive and open-minded approach to tackling challenging topics.
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to new challenges.
  • Empathy and a passion for helping others, along with excellent organizational skills.
  • A structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
