About the Role

As a German account manager you will act as a trusted advisor for German businesses helping them optimize their digital advertising campaigns . Your role will have a direct impact on their success as you work towards sales targets while contributing to the expansion of the clients customer base across EMEA .

Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies.

Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.

Engage with clients via phone video calls and email building long-term. partnerships.

Work towards sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

Fluent German (C1 minimum) and proficiency in English.

BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

6-12 months of experience in advertising PPC campaigns or outbound sales (preferred).

Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.

Passion for marketing technology and digital advertising.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary : gross per year (based on experience).

Sales bonus package : Up to 3000 - 4290 gross per year.

Relocation package : Includes flight ticket one-month accommodation and private health insurance support.

Permanent contract & full-time position (39h / week Monday to Friday).
