Your tasks :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing questions about products, orders, and services in Scandinavia (focus Denmark) at our office location in Frankfurt.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues, providing effective solutions or escalating to the appropriate contact person when necessary
  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery questions, and any post-purchase concerns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Pergolux products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to post-sale.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Process improvements and data maintenance.

You bring :

  • Experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Fluent in Danish, Norwegian or Swedish and proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to handle complex customer issues with patience, empathy, and a focus on finding solutions.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • A passion for helping people and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • High motivation and willingness to learn continuously.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
  • Good IT user skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
