Responsibilities :

Build collaborative relationships with the companys customers and create enthusiasm for experiencing their wireless charging systems.
Identify customers current challenges and develop innovative solution concepts.
Being responsible for project planning project implementation and reporting.
Take part in research and development projects and coordinate the deployment of our developers.
Continuous improvement of the companys project processes and methods and projectbased software solutions.
Acquiring followup orders within your projects.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Natural Sciences or related field. Career changers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager.

Comprehensive understanding of current technology trends and advancements.

Demonstrated strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.

Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork creativity and effective communication abilities.

High level of motivation enthusiasm and performance orientation.

A proactive approach to tackling new challenges and thinking innovatively.

Fluent in spoken and written English / German.
