As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative youll support customers across Europe through phone email or chat providing accurate information resolving concerns and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Your Profile

• Native or C1 German and at least B2 English
• Excellent interpersonal listening and communication skills
• Empathy patience and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with technology (CRM tools chat systems)
• Customer service or contact center experience is welcome but not mandatory
• Eager to relocate and start a stable long-term career in Greece
