Associate Engineering Director

This is an opportunity to work in a top-level position that is part of the Solutions EMEA organization while also contributing to the strategic, cross-functional initiative.

IF YOU ARE

• Hands-on with one of the major modern technologies (.NET, Java, etc.). with 10+ years of production experience
• A specialist with 5+ years of production experience in working with enterprises
• Professional in building complex development projects (3-4 Scrum teams, up to 40 people)
• Adept at evaluating, improving, and establishing engineering tools and governance process
• An engineering leader of inter-program and inter-project issues
• A professional with a proven record of cross-program and cross-project architecture strategy implementation
• Experienced in auditing projects
• Proficient in identifying opportunities for technology prototypes
• Well-versed in company-wide architecture documentation maintenance
