We are currently recruiting for our Home & Garden Vertical team in Berlin / Dreilinden (hybrid) a

Deals & Campaign Manager (m / f / d)

The Deals & Campaign Manager will have an end-to-end responsibility for any trading activity such as deals and campaigns.

This includes calculation of business cases, campaign request, monitoring and post analysis for further optimization. In addition, building partnerships with key sellers, negotiation of deals and development of our deals and coupon program.

What you will accomplish

Planning and managing vertical campaigns and trading activities end to end incl. goal setting and performance measurement to contribute to the overall vertical goal

Coordination of different partners and close collaboration with cross-functional partners (category management, marketing, trading team, agencies, etc.)

Continuous market and competitor research to generate actionable insights for campaigns

Working with internal tools, analyzing trends, acting on it

Driving smaller x-functional projects

Responsible of UX improvements, site optimization, quality assurance

What you will bring

Native or fluent German and fluent English

University degree (or comparable experience) with commercial or marketing background

2+ years experience in e-commerce, commerce, or transactional business environments as a project or program manager, ideally within Home Improvement / Home & Garden industry

Ability to work tactically to drive & respond to business performance

very good analytical thinking, number driven & advanced excel skills

Excellent ability to communicate towards large or small group settings to clients / partners, peers, upwards and to cross-functional teams
