Position Summary :
The CCMD Team Project Manager (CPM) assists in planning and coordinating Significant Security Cooperation Initiative (SSCI) proposals as well as tracking the execution and effectiveness of funded proposals by bringing together varied programs, functional SMEs, and Security Cooperation Officers (SCOs). The CPM acts as the Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation Fusion Cell (AFC) team lead and applies OSD Policy AM&E guidance. This includes ensuring all required planning and execution tools and products are completed, coordinated, and delivered on time. Engages with OSD Policy, DSCA, and Department security cooperation stakeholders on AM&E planning, implementation, and related issues. Manages AFC personnel involved in all aspects of security cooperation activities, organizes, and assigns responsibilities, and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks. This is a full-time position based in the following locations : Tampa, Florida, Doral, Florida, Colorado Springs, CO, Stuttgart, Germany or Honolulu, Hawaii. This position is contingent upon award.

Qualifications :
Planning or implementing security cooperation programs.
Applying subject matter expertise in the following functional areas : developing assessment, monitoring, and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods, organizational management of programs rooted in evidence, creating data visualization, and maintaining databases.
Working on a GCC or other senior-level DoD staff component and demonstrated ability to produce high-level planning documents for senior leaders.
