Your future role.
- You will be responsible for managing escalations : Take ownership of customer issues that have been escalated by regions beyond the first level of support, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.
- This includes the coordination of teams : Work closely with regions and factories and prioritize the orders according to defined rules.
- Additionally, you will be required to analyse trends : Track and analyse trends in escalations to identify underlying issues and trends.
- Developing processes is also a part of your area of responsibility : Develop and implement processes to improve the handling of escalations and reduce the number of future issues.
- Your tasks include, for example, designing and implementing an escalation ticketing system to handle and resolve issues effectively and ensure timely responses to critical problems.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for reporting and data interpretation : Generate and present regular reports and data analyses on request.
Your profile.
You have a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, or a related field.Building on this, you have 3+ years of proven experience working in order management, escalation management or a customer service.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities is essential for this role.You can work with ERP, CRM platforms.You are an expert in Excel. You know how to use functions, pivot tables and data visualisation. Power BI is a plus.You also have experience in data interpretation, including the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.Furthermore, you are highly experienced in tool management, including workflows and ticketing system.Full Professional Working Proficiency in English and German complete your profile.Our benefits.
