Your tasks

  • Manage and further innovate Corporate Compliance best practices in an agile gambling and e-commerce environment and publicly listed company.
  • Support different compliance subject matter experts including IT Security and regulatory compliance
  • Support different business units under ZEAL managing compliance risk and the company complying with common compliance standards applying to publicly listed companies in Germany
  • Continuously develop our Compliance Management System and ensure a best fit to our agile and cross-functional work approach
  • Draft and update compliance policies and align them with the business as well as Senior Management
  • Train and educate stakeholders on how to apply compliance best practices
  • Train, educate and present and communicate risk management processes and topics in a compelling way to different groups of stakeholders
  • Support the Group Compliance Officer
  • Legal background is a plus as you are part of the legal department

    • What you offer us

  • Multi-year experience as a Compliance Manager
  • Academic background (law is a plus)
  • A strong background in digital, IT, e-Commerce B2C business
  • A professional user of Governance Risk and Compliance software tools
  • Strong communication skills to transport formal compliance topics to a broad group of different stakeholders
  • You are pragmatic where possible and strict where necessary
  • You feel comfortable in taking decisions, inventing creative best practices and recommending business driven solutions to senior management
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing business enabling solutions
  • You like to take on accountability and enjoy an independent way of working while also being a 100% team player
  • Gambling, legal & regulatory experience is a plus, but not a must
  • You thrive in a diverse, multi-cultural environment and you can communicate in German & English fluently
