Summary Statement

To strengthen the team Product Management B, we are looking for the following with immediate effect

Product Manager Digital O&P (m / w / d) in Global Product Management O&P Business Solutions (fulltime / Berlin / Duderstadt)

In this role, you will support the digital unit of Ottobock in actively driving the digital transformation of future patient care treatments. You will work at the exciting interface between the digital engineering and the international markets. You can expect innovative projects and exciting insights into the digital transformation of the O&P industry. This includes a strong digital entrepreneurship as well as a truly international perspective.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Definition of the strategic roadmap and product portfolio for software / hardware solutions and custom made devices in the patient care environment to accelerate business and treatment outcome
  • Identify and analyze market requirements
  • Definition of customer / patient journeys and evaluation of requirements for custom made prosthetic component and its processes
  • Develop sustainable business models
  • Validation of products and product concepts with customers
  • Close collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Patient Care Clinics and other partners
  • Life cycle management of custom made prosthetic portfolio

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in the field of engineering, informatics, economics or comparable background
  • 3-5 years professional experience in a comparable position
  • Hands-on mentality coupled with analytical skills and a structured approach, including willingness to dive into details if necessary
  • Eager to create business impact
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical and business requirements
  • Ideally Background in healthcare
  • Persuasiveness and confidence in presenting complex issues
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English, any other language a plus
  • Willingness to travel app. %
