• design, implement and optimize efficient, reusable and reliable build scripts and pipelines using Bazel
• optimize build performance, including remote caching, execution, and fine-tuning of build configurations
• develop new tools / integrate existing tools to make full use of Bazel features
• design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous testing (CI / CT) pipelines using GitLab CI
• automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability of software development and deployment processes
• implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance
• degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• strong knowledge of Bazel core concepts like workspaces, BUILD files, rules, targets and advanced features like remote caching and execution
• ability to write custom Bazel rules and toolchains, with Starlark experience
• expertise in managing complex dependencies and build graphs
• experience with GitLab CI / CD pipelines and scripting languages like Python or Bash
• experience with Docker and Kubernetes and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• very good English knowledge
