We are looking for a long-term Full-Stack Developer (Java EE, Angular) who will help design, develop, and support mission-critical custom software solutions for a leading German automotive manufacturer and other international clients.

- Location : 100% remote or from our offices in Kraków or Zielona Góra, Poland
- Technology Stack : Java 17 / 21, Java EE, Quarkus 3, Angular 19, AI / LLM, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Elasticsearch, AWS, Unix
- Team : 7 Developers, 1 Tech Lead, 1 Project Manager
- Languages : Polish / English for internal communication; English for documentation and code comments

What You’ll Do
As a Full-Stack Developer , you will contribute to developing and maintaining intranet and enterprise applications that support client operational goals :
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design technical conceptsImplement robust backend and frontend functionality using Java EE and Angular frameworksEnsure high code quality through reviews and automated testingBuild and integrate development and integration testsApply classic and agile project management methodologies to deliver features according to user stories and performance requirementsProvide third-level support and assist with production issue resolutionSkills You Have
Proven experience in Java software development , ideally with Java EE, EJB, JPA, Hibernate, Glassfish or similar technologiesFrontend development experience with Angular (version 7 or newer)Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databasesSolid understanding of software architecture principlesEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team membersGood command of English (B2 or better)Nice To Haves
Familiarity with technologies such as Elasticsearch, Jenkins , Payara, Quarkus, or OpenShift CloudKnowledge of DevOps and CI / CD practicesUnderstanding of web application security principlesExperience with Linux system administrationPrior success working in distributed or remote development teamsKnowledge of German (B1 or better)Why Apply
