Job Summary:
At Huisong, we are seeking a motivated, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team. As our Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining high-quality business relationships and implementing a sustainable sales strategy in the region.
Job Description:
Sales & Marketing:
- Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities in Targeted Market.
- Achieving sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain and grow business relationship with existing clients.
- Maintain and improve Company’s brand image and reputation in the region.
- Develop new products and services for customers in the region.
General Management:
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop the Company’s short and long-term sustainable growth strategy in the Targeted Market for the next 5-10 years.
- Develop and enforce general management policies, guidelines, SOPs, and documents.
- Expand and grow Company’s presence in the Targeted Market by recruiting and onboarding new talent.
- Provide professional guidance/training for new talent.
- Assist in developing performance review for new talent.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies.
- Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields.
