ORGANISATION

INCERT is a center of expertise providing services and solutions based on knowledge and experience acquired in cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), eTravel document, biometry and artificial intelligence.

Established since 2012, INCERT is a public agency owned by the State of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. INCERT also represents and defends Luxembourg’s national interests at European and international organizations.

Within the scope of its current activities and its incoming ones, INCERT is now recruiting a PKI Product Manager full-time, and as a permanent position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will have to assume following responsibilities :

Define the vision and the long-term strategy of the PKI and cryptographic solutions;
Analyse market competition by comparing concerned solutions and their positioning with competitors;
Monitor market trends to identify client needs in line with technological and business changes;
Set, monitor, and maintain pricing policies;
Act as the owner of assigned solutions, driving profitable growth with a commercial, technical, financial, and operational focus;
Participate in the development of new solutions and contribute to deliverable roadmaps;
Qualify clients’ business and technical needs, providing accurate proposals and technical advice to meet their business objectives;
Ensure readiness of commercialisation and marketing supports for solutions launches;
Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for renewals and upselling additional solutions or services.;
Promote solutions to clients, partners, and resellers through commercial presentations and presale processes;
Provide relevant technical support in proposals / bid preparations and presales processes with the relevant sales and development teams;
Conduct demo and training sessions to clients and prospects;
Assist clients in compliance audits related to the solutions;
Monitor key project deliveries, inform Senior Management of issues promptly, and provide proactive client account management;
Establish and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful lifecycle of the solutions and their updates;
Evaluate clients feedback and, considering best market practices, continuously improve INCERT’s solutions; and
Provide relevant and regular reports to Senior Management on the advancement of our solutions portfolio via key metrics and insights.

YOUR PROFILE

Professional skills and education :

Have at least 10 years of professional experience in IT / Cybersecurity environment including a minimum of 3 years in a similar role;

Have delivered cryptographic solutions / products / services to industrial clients;

Have a strong knowledge of PKI technologies and cybersecurity international standards;

Have at least 3 years successful experience with international clients;

Have excellent product management background and the ability to report concisely and with focused metrics on the delivery of critical projects;

Be client oriented with excellent client’s interaction skills to understand and serve their business needs and contexts;

Hold a Masters’ degree or relevant qualification(s) in Information Technology;

Possess good mastery of French and English - complete fluency of one of the two languages being a must; Luxemburgish and / or German will be considered an advantage.
