Key jobresponsibilities
Responsibilities include but are notlimited to :
- Participate and contribute to national andinternational accounting projects
- Work with variouscross-functional stakeholders, particularly with tax, legal,finance teams to maintain efficient and compliant accounting andreporting processes, and effective controls
- Identifyincomplete or inaccurate data, research the root cause andcreate / implement an escalation plan
- Collaborate andbuild relationships with system and business owners globally toensure process excellence and the highest degree ofcontrollership
- Actively contribute to improvementinitiatives, standardization, optimizations of processes andcontrols, and implementation of best practices
- Documentaccounting conclusions with respect to accounting treatment ofeconomic events
- Manage, participate and reviewmonth-end, quarter-end and year-end closing of financial booksaccording to US-GAAP and localGAAPs

BASICQUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business orAccounting
- US-GAAP or IFRS knowledge
- Firstyears of experience with an emphasis on accounting and financialreporting, preferably gained within a Big Four firm or amultinational matrix organization / environment
- FluentEnglish skills
- Relevant experience working withExcel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in creating process improvements with automation andanalysis
- Experience in building financial andoperational reports that inform businessdecision-making
- Demonstrating project managementabilities and strong understanding of financial accountingsystems
- Relevant practice working with reporting anddata mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, orTableau
