SHL fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment and our internships allow students to develop professional experience by working with global organisations around their people. You will work with experienced colleagues across multiple teams and regions to help design, delivery and evaluate customer's talent strategy and talent insights. We’re looking for students available to start immediately in : Germany, Italy and the Netherlands who can join the team full-time for 3 - 6 months. This is a paid position plus benefits.

If you are not located within these 3 regions, unfortunately we are unable to offer an internship at this time.

  • What you will be doing;
  • Assist Consultants in preparing and achieving (international) diagnostic procedures like Assessment Centers, Management Audits, Interviews, Surveys
  • Assist in Assessment Centers and in post-processing of results
  • Get insight into processes. E.g. analyses and development of competency models
  • Shadow Feedback and Development Sessions
  • Receive an introduction in using and interpreting psychometric assessments

What we are looking for from you :

  • Studied (or studying) in (Business) Psychology, business with a focus on HR, or other relevant social sciences field
  • B2 or higher language proficiency in English and at least one of the other languages (German, Italian, Dutch)
  • Your are at least in your third semester of studies
  • Previous experience (relevant internships) will be helpful
  • Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Interest in project work and a high level of accountability and initiative
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Confidence to speak to customers
  • Attention to detail

    • The candidate must have the right to work in either Italy, Germany or Netherlands.
