Um die Abteilung “Service Delivery” zu unterstützen, sucht die Airbus Secure Land Communications GmbH ab sofort DICH als :

Werkstudent (m / w / d) mit 15 Std. / Woche

am Standort Sulzbach (Ts.) .

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten :

  • Unterstützung beim Know-How-Aufbau im 1st- Level Service Desk und 2nd Level Support von neuen Services
  • Unterstützung des Abteilungsleiters Service Delivery bei der Ausgestaltung der Prozesse dieser neuen Services
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination der Implementierung und Dokumentation von ITIL - Prozessen
  • Technische Unterstützung in den 1st- und 2nd - Level Abteilungen der Service Delivery

    • Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen (es ist aber auch kein Beinbruch, wenn du als Student nicht alles beherrschst) :

  • Immatrikulierter Student (m / w / d) in den Bereichen Informatik, Nachrichten-, Informations- oder Kommunikationstechnik (Bachelor, Master) und hast Lust, deine theoretischen Kenntnisse in einem praktischen Einsatz anzuwenden
  • Idealerweise bereits erste berufliche Erfahrung durch eine vorhergehende Tätigkeit als Praktikant (m / w / d) und / oder Werkstudent (m / w / d)
  • Kenntnisse in ITIL 3 von Vorteil, Kenntnisse von ITIL 4 optional
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
