Your tasks

  • Responsible for cross-technology safeguarding of logistics processes, including operational service provider management
  • Acting as a direct point of contact for customer plants, incl. controlling service providers via KPI specifications, ensuring process conformity and processing logistical complaints
  • Acting as contact person / interface to the planning and operational areas for logistical SAP processes in the areas of incoming goods, warehouse and belt provision and shipping
  • Carrying out process analyses, assessing potential, evaluating and approving specialist requirements and selecting the most suitable supply processes in coordination with the interface partners
  • Work with a focus on logistics supply systems, such as delivery call-off control, JIT / JIS systems, etc.

    • Your profile

  • Completed master's or diploma degree
  • Experience in logistics / logistics management
  • Relevant professional experience in the described field of activity or activity in the area of scheduling, warehousing, material supply, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Sufficient knowledge and competence in technical and IT processes or material flow systems such as SAP
  • Knowledge of goods receipt / dispatch processes and material procurement processes, especially in SAP applications, desirable
  • Very good PC skills (MS Office, warehouse management systems)
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • High sense of responsibility, assertiveness as well as coordination and organizational skills
  • Team and communication skills and a structured way of working
  • Working time model : 36 hours / week
