ServiceNow Solution Architect
Location : Fully remote in Germany or Portugal
Salary : Up to €120k
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee solution implementation projects.
- Design and manage both technical and business aspects of end-to-end solutions during implementation.
- Perform design reviews and ensure data quality.
- Serve as the main point of contact with external client teams during the sales process and after the sale.
- Lead and contribute to RFPs, providing expertise in technology solutions.
- Audit existing implementations and suggest improvements.
- Have a Consultancy mindset and identify business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Over 4+ years of work experience in IT
- 1-3 years of experience in service delivery implementation as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or ServiceNow Solutions Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Java, XML, and web technologies.
- At least 1 year of experience implementing and aligning business processes with ITIL best practices and a Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow.
- Fluent in German and English.
