Systems Engineer : Modern Workplace / Deployment Engineer

CANDIDATE MUST SPEAK EITHER GERMAN OR FRENCH TO A B2 LEVEL AND BE BASED IN THE EU.
HOURLY RATE : ABOVE MARKET EXPECTATIONS
Key Responsibilities :
As a pivotal member of their team, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for their diverse clientele.
The ideal candidate will embody the following skills and attributes :
Microsoft Intune Expertise :
- Proficiently deploy Autopilot for Windows 11 clients.
- Implement best practices for compliance / configuration profiles.
- Showcase expertise in app packaging.
- Understand and apply basics of Endpoint security, including Cloud LAPS, Bitlocker configuration, etc.
Platform Experience :
Ideally, possess experience with diverse platforms such as iOS, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, and Android, elevating our capabilities in the industry.
Azure AD Knowledge :
- Build a robust Service structure and configure fundamental elements for MDM enrollments.
- Embrace and advocate for a cloud-first approach in all aspects of solution design and implementation.
Training and Guidance :
- Possess a robust ability to train and guide team members from greenfield to functional service.
- Assume a mentorship role, ensuring the team is well-prepared to tackle a variety of challenges.
Documentation Skills :
- Create comprehensive documentation for both administrators and end-users.
- Craft documentation that is clear, concise, and serves as an invaluable resource for ongoing support.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in a similar role, showcasing successful deployment and architecture projects.
- In-depth familiarity with modern workplace technologies and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
