Your tasks

Youdrivestrategydevelopmentand implementation atMercedes-BenzTechInnovation.

You actively support projects in the areas of strategy,transformationand growth as well as internationalization in close coordination with thebusiness unitstrategy.

You willdesignand moderateworkshops, create presentations based on analyses and decision templates for management.

You will be responsible for strategic projects from conception to implementation in close cooperation with the team and thebusinessstreams involved. In addition, you keep an eye onmeasuringsuccess and engage in activechange management. ​

Your profile?

You have several years of professional experience in (strategy) consulting, corporate strategy,change managementor corporatetransformation.

You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of strategydevelopmentand implementation, stakeholder management,change managementor organizationaldevelopment.

You convince with your communication skills and promote cooperation in a cross-functional, international team.

You are characterized by an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions, and a self-organized way of working.

You are fluent in German and English. ​
