YOUR TASKS

  • Governance of CD compliance throughout global BOT organization
  • Develop, create, adapt and implement brand compliant centralized group communication guidelines
  • Develop and implement internal and external brand communication activities
  • Support & consult central / local teams in brand related topics including tools and processes for harmonized execution
  • Conceptualize, develop and approve all brand merchandise (promo articles, fashion catalogue)
  • Ensure that all marketing material provided is in line with brand guidelines (Campaign / Content Management)
  • Govern the digital asset management and brand hub (Graphic hub, Content Management)
  • Support consistent brand roll-out throughout global BOT organization (brand, workstreams)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven advanced experience in marketing communication
  • Project management experience in matrix organizations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on a project basis
  • Creative skills, results-oriented, pragmatic
  • Effective communication and networking skills
  • Teamplayer with hands-on mentality
  • Good English skills (B2 / C1 Level).
