As a Materials & Processes Engineer, you develop, qualify, and manage material and manufacturing process standards for aerospace programs while supporting engineering, production, suppliers, and R&T projects. Aufgaben
- Create and harmonize material and process specifications
- Define material and manufacturing process selection lists according to program needs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute material, process, and part qualification campaigns
- Provide M&P support to engineering and manufacturing teams
- Support supplier audits, quality escapes, and obsolescence topics
- Contribute to work packages within development programs
- Support national and international R&T initiatives
- Deliver material solutions and associated data to airframe engineering disciplines
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data traceability
Profil
Master's degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or comparable fieldStrong knowledge of aerospace composite materials and manufacturing technologiesExperience in defining and executing test programs, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliersMandatory hands‑on experience in a laboratory environmentBasic understanding of aircraft design and related requirementsAdvanced MS Office skillsGoogle Workspace knowledge is mandatoryGerman : fluent; English : negotiation levelUnser Angebot
