For one of our long-standing clients – a leading and innovative company in the energy sector – we are looking for a dedicated Senior Operations Manager (m / f / d) to take our MSP program to the next level with strategic vision and operational excellence.
As a seasoned leader, you bring deep expertise in MSP environments and have experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes. You combine a strong analytical mindset with empathetic team leadership, an innovative spirit, and the ability to impress clients with impactful presentations at senior management level.
Regular client visits in Germany (Dusseldorf) are required.
Your Responsibilities :
- End-to-end responsibility for the MSP process, with additional focus on Statement of Work (SOW) management
- Oversight of talent delivery across Engineering, IT, and Commercial roles
- Leadership of a dynamic, cross-border team (Germany, UK, GBS, and potentially Sweden)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships – consultative, solution-driven, and confident in presentations
- Management of forecasts, budget planning, and reporting activities
- Regular presentations to senior management (1–2 times per month)
- KPI and SLA monitoring with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Identification of cost optimization opportunities in procurement-related processes
- Fostering a positive team culture built on knowledge-sharing and professional development
- Development and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term strategies
- Leading strategic projects and supporting client tenders and RFPs
- Providing expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders within your area of expertise
- Developing innovative solutions through integration and analysis of complex and diverse data sources
- Applying strategic thinking and sound decision-making to drive sustainable performance and process excellence
Your Profile :
Several years of experience in a leadership role within RPO / MSP recruiting operations, ideally with SOW expertiseStrong understanding of the German labor market and international talent landscapesProven leadership skills : a servant leader who empowers others, yet sets clear direction when neededSolid knowledge of budget planning, forecasting, and procurement-related operational processesExperience with SAP, Fieldglass, and common analytics toolsStrong communication skills at C-level – fluent in English is mandatoryStructured, pragmatic, and data-driven approach toworkPassion for cross-cultural collaboration within distributed teamsWhat We Offer
