Lead Front-End Engineer

You will join a highly experienced founding team : Our co-founder and CEO Frederik is a former BCG consultant, and our co-founder and CTO Riccardo previously served as Technical CPO at the InsurTech startup INZMO.

Tasks

• Own front-end execution : Lead the overall front-end implementation of our AI product, focusing on performance, scalability, and code quality
• Build our design system foundation : Drive the development of a scalable library of reusable and customizable design components
• Develop interactive UI features : Build innovative, user-facing features such as a drag-and-drop slide editor and an AI assistant chat
• Contribute to product strategy : Shape product decisions by providing input on front-end capabilities, trade-offs, and technical constraints
• Grow and manage the team : Hire engineers, plan the technical product roadmap, and act as a sparring partner for junior team members
