Project Quality Engineer

StellenbeschreibungUnderstand and address the specific quality requirements of customers. Coordinate customer audits manage issues and report on quality matters. Oversee customer complaint resolution including onsite support during sample phases. Process Quality Problem Solving : Facilitate both internal and external audit quality problemsolving. Monitor sample production delivery and ensure product inspection plans are improved. Enhance measurement systems and coordinate process improvements. Project Development Quality Management : Contribute to project planning including product development industrialization supplier quality and logistics chain planning. Develop and execute project quality assurance plans. Development Process Activity Monitoring : Facilitate SR reviews at various project stages and address significant quality issues in development. Bachelors degree or above in mechanical electronic chemical or related fields. Proficiency in ISO9000 TS16949 and VDA quality systems. Familiarity with quality analysis and improvement tools (e.g. FMEA FTA 8D Six Sigma SPC). Knowledge of battery technology fault analysis and mechanical structure failure analysis. Experience in automotive supply chain quality management and 8D problemsolving methods. Proficiency in office software and Minitab with basic statistical analysis and reporting skills. Strong communication skills clear logical thinking and the ability to perform under pressure. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
