As Billing & Revenue Operations Consultant (m / f / d) you will shape the backbone of our revenue operations. Youll be the bridge between business and tech ensuring our billing systems are robust scalable and aligned with evolving pricing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity and driving cross-functional impact.
What you will do
Act as the consulting lead for billing & revenue topics :
- Serve as the primary business owner and escalation point for billing-related initiatives
- Facilitate alignment between Sales Pricing Product Finance CRM and Engineering across markets
- Challenge requirements propose alternatives and guide stakeholders toward scalable solutions
Drive international end-to-end initiatives :
Lead multi-market billing and revenue projects from discovery through executionManage dependencies risks and trade-offs across teams and timelinesEnsure consistent rollout and adoption across regionsEnable advanced pricing models :
Support the design and implementation of subscription hybrid and consumption-based billing modelsTranslate pricing strategy into system requirements and operational processesEnsure systems can scale with increasing complexity and volumeEnsure operational excellence and compliance :
Oversee CRM-to-billing data flows quality and ownershipPartner with Finance on audit trails compliance and revenue recognition readinessEnsure reporting transparency and operational reliabilityWhat you should bring
Consulting & leadership skills :
Strong background in consulting business transformation or solution ownership rolesDemonstrated success in leading initiatives without formal authorityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior audiencesAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous fast-evolving environmentsFunctional & domain exposure :
Experience with billing revenue operations pricing CRM or financial systemsExposure to consumption-based or usage-driven revenue models is a strong advantageFinancial acumen sufficient to engage confidently with Finance and Analytics teamsFluent in English; German would be a plusWhat we offer
