Product Quality Manager (m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Definition der zu prüfenden Teile, Erstellung von Prüfplänen und Prüfalgorithmen in SAP
• Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen, Statusdefinition der geprüften Teile im System (SAP)
• Erstellung von Erstmusterberichten sowie Prüfung und Freigabe von Nullserien (ggf. unter Einbeziehung von Fachabteilungen)
• Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Abschluss von Q-Meldungen in SAP einschl. der Dokumentation von Ursachen, ergriffener Abstellmaßnahmen und deren Wirkung
• Kundenreklamationen : Identifikation der Ursachen sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur dauerhaften Beseitigung in Kooperation mit relevanten Fachbereichen
• Erstellung von 8D-Reports einschl. Koordination der damit verbundenen Schritte und Maßnahmen
• Optimierung produktbezogener Prozesse in Kooperation mit dem Process und Quality Manager unter Anwendung gängiger Methoden aus dem Lean- und Qualitätsmanagement
• Bereitstellung regelmäßiger statistischer Erhebungen hinsichtlich der Produkt- und Teilequalität für relevante Fachabteilungen, u.

a. als Basis zur Erstellung von Lieferantenbewertungen

• Unterstützung des Purchasing Departments bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits
• Durchführung optischer, mechanischer und elektrischer Mess- und Prüfverfahren sowie von Funktionskontrollen
• Definition von Prüf- und Messmitteln inkl. Prüfmittelmanagement
• Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Ablaufes von Prüfungen und Abnahmen

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Definition of the parts to be inspected, creation of inspection plans and inspection algorithms in SAP
• Carrying out incoming goods inspections, defining the status of inspected parts in the system (SAP)
• Creation of initial sample reports as well as testing and release of pilot series (if necessary, with the involvement of specialist departments)
• Creation, processing and completion of quality notifications in SAP, including documentation of causes, corrective actions taken and their effect
• Customer complaints : Identification of causes as well as implementation of measures for permanent elimination in cooperation with relevant departments
• Preparation of 8D reports including coordination of the associated steps and measures
• Optimization of product-related processes in cooperation with the Process and Quality Manager using common methods from lean and quality management
• Provision of regular statistical surveys regarding product and part quality for relevant departments, e.g. as a basis for supplier evaluations
• Supporting the Purchasing Department in the preparation and execution of supplier audits
• Carrying out optical, mechanical and electrical measurement and testing procedures as well as functional checks
• Definition of test and measurement equipment incl. test equipment management
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient process of tests and acceptances

IHR PROFIL

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP QM und MS Excel
• Praxiserfahrung im Einsatz von gängigen Methoden des Lean- und Qualitätsmanagements und Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung und Analyse von Qualitätsdaten (Qualitätsbericht)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der optischen, mechanischen und elektrischen Mess- und Prüfverfahren sowie sicherer Umgang mit entsprechenden Messmitteln der Qualitätssicherung
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und zu verstehen und sowohl das Große und Ganze als auch die Details im Auge zu behalten sowie Moderationserfahrung und eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed technical vocational training and several years of professional experience in the range of quality assurance
• Good knowledge of using SAP QM and MS Excel
• Practical experience in the use of common lean and quality management methods and experience in the processing and analysis of quality data (quality report)
• Very good knowledge in the range of optical, mechanical and electrical measuring and testing procedures as well as confident handling of corresponding quality assurance measuring equipment
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to recognize and understand complex interrelationships and to keep an eye on both the big picture and the details, as well as moderation experience and strong communication skills
• Outgoing, team-oriented personality who is willing to learn and perform, with a high level of diligence and flexibility
