Your tasks

  • You inde­pen­dently deploy our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) with tasks in hard­ware and soft­ware to deliver reli­able instal­la­tions at cus­tomer sites
  • You analyse and trou­bleshoot com­plex and excit­ing robot­ics prob­lems, includ­ing doc­u­men­ta­tion and test­ing of the result­ing fixes
  • You eval­u­ate our con­stantly evolv­ing AMRs in terms of per­for­mance, sta­bil­ity and cus­tomer satisfaction
  • You main­tain close col­lab­o­ra­tion with the project & devel­op­ment teams, as well as selected exter­nal stakeholders
  • You pre­pare, deploy and run mul­ti­ple AMR demon­stra­tions at global events/fairs
  • You train cus­tomers and other imple­men­ta­tion teams to use our products
  • You sup­port the global Cus­tomer Sup­port Teams upon request
  • Max. 80% work­ing time will be spent at our cus­tomers or events/fairs in Ger­many and other Euro­pean coun­tries, while the remain­ing 20% are spent on tool and process devel­op­ment in the head or home office

Your pro­file

  • You have a bach­e­lor’s or mas­ter’s degree in robot­ics, com­puter sci­ence, or mecha­tron­ics or a com­pa­ra­ble degree
  • You have a class B dri­ver’s license valid within Germany
  • You have com­pleted at least two projects with mobile robots using ROS
  • You are advanced in Python and ide­ally have some knowl­edge of C++
  • You have a good basic under­stand­ing of mechan­ics, elec­tronic sys­tems, net­works, and Linux administration
  • You are famil­iar with GIT
  • You have a hands-on men­tal­ity when fac­ing com­plex problems
  • You are will­ing to travel (max 80%), both nation­ally and internationally
  • The job requires some office pres­ence, so ide­ally, you live in/close to Munich
  • You are busi­ness flu­ent in Eng­lish and have a basic knowl­edge of German
