Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments in terms of priority, deadlines and capacity
  • You organize, plan and coordinate internal and external resources and ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • You create and track quotations for our service calls, repairs and spare parts
  • You enter orders in SAP and create documents such as delivery bills and invoices
  • You work closely with the internal interfaces, such as Order Management and Logistics
  • You support internal optimization projects

Your profile:

  • You have completed technical vocational training, ideally with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) or comparable skills and knowledge acquired in practice
  • You have gained initial professional experience in an industrial service environment
  • You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team and have a structured and analytical way of working and good communication skills
  • You are confident in using MS Office and have experience in working with ERP systems
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential in an international environment
