We are looking to hire an Engineering Lead for a German-based company that has revolutionised their sector with its search platform. Their platform is used by millions of people and is growing really fast.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Over 3+ years of experience in (agile) software engineering
• More than 2+ years’ experience with building AWS data pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka, Kinesis, Lambda, Redshift, DynamoDB, SQS, and S3
• Hands-on experience in handling big amounts of data in a cloud-native
environment
• Instill a can-do attitude among team members
• Show a good balance of technical excellence and pragmatism
• Drive to respond to operational challenges
• Willingness to travel between different offices
• Fluency in English
