In this role, marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing, aligning and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire European marketing organization in order to attract consumers and retain existing ones. He / She generally work in corporate environments as part of a larger marketing, creative, communications or digital team. As part of an organization, He / She play a critical role in aligning creative direction in alignment with brand and PR, Social Media goal.
Responsibilities
- Develop LG’s marketing strategy & Operate brand campaign including :
- Overall Brand / Marketing Strategy / Direction
- ATL / BTL / Digital / In-Store / Other channels
- ATL / Digital creative & media strategy
with understanding of data analytic insights
Works directy with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaignsProvides leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for EU subsidiary and the stakeholder organizationWorks seamlessly with Business units and sales department to enhance overall consumer journey / experience to maximize business resultEstablishes and implements short and long range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization; evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvementDevelops and manages annual marketing budgets for the organization, regularly monitors expenditures; prepares summary assessments and reportsIdentify business opportunities based on Marketing / Analytics Manager’s analysis and mobilize key internal / external stakeholders for new initiatives to achieve better business resultsEnhance internal capabilities of digital / data-based decision making and optimization process across the organizationInitiates and implements direct outreach marketing efforts to potential external customers on behalf the unit's programs and servicesQualification
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study6+ year's Brand & Digital, PR strategy / marketing communication experienceProfessional experiences / Knowledge
Ideally with experience of the Consumer Electronics industry / passion for techCo-work with subsidiary marketing team in charge of development & delivery of Marketing / digital projects (optimising owned, earned & paid platforms) to deliver brand / commercial goalsAble to demonstrate strategies and achievement to balance commercial, customer and consumer motivations to deliver outstanding resultsDemonstrate fluid understanding of digital advertising options via retailers, websites, social media channels together with a thorough understanding of KPI setting and measurementsAgency management experienceAble to balance multiple projects and work to aggressive time scales within budget.
