Land Development Project Manager

We are hiring actively for a project development manager, who has experience within land development, governmental frameworks, grid management for decentralized battery storage solutions!

Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and evaluate project locations for regional planning, nature conservation, agriculture, and EEG requirements
- Apply for interconnection of renewable projects
- Collaborate with land development partners to acquire land and manage relationships
- Prepare and supervise permitting procedures, including obtaining construction permits
- Support Board reporting on project progress through various stages
- Manage contacts and relationships with planning authorities, project partners, and DSOs
- Inspect, monitor, and report on project implementation
- Participate in fairs and events, including company presentations
Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in securing construction rights and grid connections
- Experience in renewable energy projects, land acquisition, planning, and project implementation
- Experience working with DSOs, local authorities, landowners, and development partners
- Knowledge of building laws and electrical connection regulations
- Proficiency in business-level English + GERMAN IS A MUST!!!
