Job Description

As the Head of Leadership Development, you will play a key role in translating our sCore strategy into impactful learning solutions that develop effective leaders and build a robust talent pipeline.

Your work will directly shape the future of our leaders and contribute to a unified leadership culture at METRO through international talent development programs and global leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Global Leadership Initiatives : Develop and implement leadership programs, including the Women Leadership Development Program and coordinate Leadership Success Factors implementation.
• Align Leadership Content : Ensure all programs reflect METRO Leadership Success Factors and current business needs.
• Measure Impact : Establish and apply KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Engage Stakeholders : Build strong relationships with senior leaders throughout global organization to ensure buy-in and alignment.
• Manage Resources : Oversee budgets and select external partners to enhance program delivery.

• Expertise in Leadership Development : Mastery in the latest leadership development models and professional learning methods.
• Strategic Mindset : Ability to connect business challenges with learning / talent development solutions.
• Innovative Thinking : Creative and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in developing and managing leadership programs.
• Proven expertise in leadership development, adult learning methods, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
