Major Activities / Tasks
- Laboratory operations
- Perform laboratory manufacturing and research activities
- Establishment of R&D analytical, manufacturing and quality control methods in laboratory
- Establishment of laboratory protocols, incl. SOPs where required
- Interact with technology provider to manage material transfer
- Timely execution of non-clinical studies with CROs, academic partner (early stage) or through the CoE wet lab capabilities in line with scientific standards of execution and documentation
- Documentation
- Seek internal alignment and approval of non-clinical development plan
- Execute according to approved study plan with operational excellence
- Documentation of procedures and results is a key responsibility
- Trainings
- Attend Cipla’s general employees trainings
Educational qualifications :
“Medizinisch-Technische Assistance” or similar education
Bachelor in biology or biotechnology or similar
Background in mRNA research is favourable
