Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 5G SA Architect to lead our efforts in driving digital transformation and innovation for our customers. This customer-facing role will focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies and architectural best practices to enable our clients to achieve their strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills to guide customers through their transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

AI-Powered Automation

  • Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation to streamline and modernize business processes.
  • Design and recommend solutions that leverage AI and machine learning to enhance service experiences and deliver operational efficiencies.
  • Provide thought leadership in adopting automation technologies and integrating them into existing systems.

5G and Network Slicing

  • Guide customers in deploying 5G networks, with a focus on network slicing to support diverse use cases and service levels.
  • Enable customers to implement innovative, customer-centric services powered by 5G capabilities.
  • Provide expertise in integrating 5G technologies to support digital business transformation.

    • Digital Transformation

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to transition from legacy systems to open-source cloud environments.
  • Architect and deploy “digital engine” solutions to enable real-time customer data control and analytics.
  • Ensure that digital transformation initiatives are aligned with business objectives, enhancing speed, stability, and customer satisfaction.

    • Fiber Network Expansion

  • Work with stakeholders to align their infrastructure goals with the strategic expansion of fiber optic networks.
  • Design scalable and future-ready architectures to support advanced digital services and meet increasing data demands.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and technical standards for broadband infrastructure projects.

    • Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in mobile network design / architecture, with a track record of implementing AI and analytics solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of AI technologies, automation tools, and machine learning platforms.
  • Expertise in 5G technologies, including network slicing and related use cases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and open-source environments.
  • Deep understanding of mobile network architecture, and mobile network services.
  • Understanding of fiber optic network design, deployment, and management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong team player with a proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluency in English
